Normally if the order is split into different delivery dates they split the delivery charge between the orders - so if the rest isn't delivered perhaps you will still only pay part of the charge?

AHA! I have just checked my orders by using 'orders placed in 2010' and it looks like those that say not yet dispatched are the ones I suspect will be cancelled, but more recent orders say dispatched. Perhaps they have been 'picked' but await dispatch?
