just had email from m s, ordered 10 items, 6 were cancelled, told them to cancell the whole order and was told not possible, come dispatch day down to 2 items only, going to refuse delivery and not bother again, this is the worst mail order service I have ever encountered.. the excuse was that the items sold too quickly,

ok I have blitz boys clothing again and got leather jackets etc, not holding too much hope, got more girls stuff also, this was looking back through the oos in my basket

I know that in-store 'clearance' items can't be returned, but as far as I know we are able to return any items bought online, except pierced earrings and cosmetics.
