I received the Portfolio waterfall jacket Sunday, so pleased with it. Usually wear a size 10 but was only available in 12 so too a chance and ordered it, so happy, fits perfectly.:j

I just received my order from 8th January. I am soooo pleased with the jewelery apart from one pair of earrings that were a bit big but will make a nice present for a younger person. All the order was there despite having had an email saying stuff was missing. :j

Just received my "sofas"...they turned out to be be ugly wooden picture frames!

Also got my mystery Buzz Lightyear PJs, they are lovely, my son is very excited. The trouble is they are size 4-5, he is only 2, and they are shorties, so might be a tad cold!

This arrived too. It is gorgeous and really soft. I'm thrilled with it! It looks much nicer than in the picture.

Black clip on bead style earings - again not my taste and I cant gift so will donate to fair

The let it snow range items are fab though, the cracker style ones are far bigger than I thought they would be. The rest of the necklaces, bracelets and earings will go in my gift box/fair box (hopefully if I leave in the packaging they will not tarnish). The doggy and fashion keyrings are also ok and will be ok as stocking fillers for my older nieces.

I think i'll go through my remaining orders and see what jewellery is left and may cancel a few things like the ones without pics or descriptions as not everything was nice enough to gift. Some colours varied and one was described as a stretch bracelet but was earings. Very glad it was a middle order as meant everything was very cheap compared to the few bits I cancelled off an earlier order when prices dropped.

I have called customer service of M&S about another matter, and enquired about the order that I placed this morning. 0 of 12 items ordered will be dispatched. I think that I may be done now, as I was told that if there are less than 10 in stock there is "a risk that the item will not be dispatched." I don't think that there is 10 in stock of anything left, apart from jewelry.

Has anybody had any of these items? No pics so wondering if to cancel as £3 each rather than the £1 i've paid for most of the other items with no pics. Dont mind paying more when I can see the pic but have no idea what these are like and I still have the option to cancel at the moment.
