Right this is what I sent re delivery charges:
I used the contact us button re ordering (think it says changing my order), I can't get the exact wording as I can't get the message back up but it was something like this:
Hi,
I have placed quite a few orders with yourselves over the last few days. I was wondering if there was anything you could do about the delivery charges applied. I was unable to do all of the orders at once as items were not in stock on your site and quickly went out of stock.
Thanks
Laura
The reply:
Thanks for emailing us about the delivery charges.
I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy as you've incurred many of these due to items being out of stock. I apologise for any disappointment this may have caused and I assure you that this wasn't up to our usual standard of service.
I've looked into your query and can confirm that I've removed the delivery charges on two orders (***********) placed recently. I'd like to advise you that all our items are limited and subject to availability.
As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused I've issued a £5.00 promotion onto your account. This will automatically be taken off your next online purchase.
Thanks for contacting us about this and I hope you have a lovely afternoon.Money, money, money, must be funny....in a rich mans world.
