I got two of my delivery charges knocked off by phoning the order line and asking if I could combine as I had placed 4 orders in 24 hrs,he said he couldn't combine as they had all gone through but he'd wave two of the postage costs for me.HTH

Re combined orders - i just emailed the customer email on website asking if could combine and they knocked off the delivery charges from 3 of my 4 orders that had been placed within24 hours - same as Kimberley111 but I just emailed rather than phoned and had a response within 1 day, was about a week ago though....
