    take him round to someone else house so he can make a mess there ;) lol

    the "into everything " stage seems to last forever doesnt it !

    i used to try and get out and about as much as poss

    babies can get bored and theres nothing better than a walk to the park,feed the ducks etc ,just looking at and talking about everything you see along the way

    fresh air and exercise,tire the munchkin out ;):)

    and if at home id use a washing basket and fill with an assortment of "bits" to occupy him if i needed to get on with something :)

    also a low cupboard in the kitchen with plastic plates ,cups etc ,wooden spoons,pans for when i was out there cooking ,cleaning etc :)

    My nephew has great fun with the cat. Although he's 2 now when he was littler he used to sit on and bounce on the cat (amongst other things). Cat is the sort of creature that really couldn't care less and is wonderful with him. Although I think its found some good hiding places for when he doesn't want to be bothered by little grabby hands.
