Did you order with fitting? I thought balancing was part of deal, obviously not

Balancing and Tracking are very different, here is a handy link

I have had the tracking adjusted a few months back using the vouchers National Tyres always send out for having an oil change done there a few years back.

As above, they wanted us in and out asap, the last time I visited a NA, I was told I needed a new gearbox! The problem was later diagnosed as the bonnet prop not securing properly, to say I wasn't happy to see where the tyres were being fitted is an understatement.

I'd be concerned about the quality of the balancing machine when getting a mobile fitment. Last (and only) one I had done the balancing machine was ancient and looked pretty shonky. Never did find out if the balancing was actually correct as the weights fell off one wheel anyway, had to take it to a local place and get the wheels rebalanced.

Prefer my local place as I can watch the tyre fitters do the work and make sure it's done properly.

Depends on the fitter, but I've found a few who are quite happy to chat with you while they are doing the fitting and balancing.
