TGV from CDG Paris to Disney Paris?

Hi

I''m trying to investigate the best ( and where possible) route from the airports (CDG and Beauvais as I'm travelling from Scotland) to Disney.

I have found out most of them but stuggling about information on the new TGV link from CDG to Disney Paris. Apparently it only takes 6 mins??? WOW! I have been on the TGV site but can't find any info.....

Has anyone out there done the journey.....is it good......and of course importantly how much!?!?

Also trying to find out train fare from Paris to Disney Paris...can't seem to find price for that either?

when i went 2 disney paris i took the disney bus from the CDG it cost bout £10 but rather than the train station which is a distance from the hotels and u have 2 walk from the station with all your bags 2 the hotel through the disney village which is always really busy the bus drops u off outside ur hotel and gets ur bags into reception. the bus runs 7 days a week till 10 at night some days. not sure if this is of any help but might provide an alternative 2 train.

beuvais takes ages. was in paris on wednesday and thursday. flew to beuvais(from prestwick) and got there at 9.15am...but it would have taken 4hours to get to disneyland i kid you not...we wanted to go straight away. It takes 1 1/2 hours in the bus then you have to get a metro or bus to a certain station then a train to CDG then another train/bus to disneyland. take into account language barriers, and not finding out where to go....it takes 4hours from beuvais!!

Picked up a leaflet in Paris this very morning on Disneyland. RER"A" train from Charles de Gaulle Airport - direction Marne la Vallee-Chessy.

It is no more than 30 minutes (4 stops) One day pass and train ticket 53 euro for adult and 35euro for child.

My son and family did it a few weeks ago just for the day and it was easy peasy.

The more information I get I think it may well be a false economy to travel from Prestwick to Beauvais as the costs to and from DLP are so high and would appear that it can take ages!

Think it may be just as good flying from Glasgow or Edinburgh and taking either the bus or fancy fast train ( or could do one each way!) and saving the hassle! I think it maybe worth £60 difference...and splitting that each way..£30 each was and then between the two of us....£15 each, each journey!

That may be a wierd way to work it out....but holiday time is precious...and we can only afford to go for a few days. I hate to think that there is a cheaper route.......but I think I'll maybe have to live with it...hehehehe!

That's 30 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Etoile not Charles De Gaulle Airport. Etoile is at the Arc de Triomphe in Central Paris and the airport is in the NE suburbs of Paris, about 1/2 an hour to Central Paris on the RER B.

Thanks for that PeteMc. I must admit when I looked at the leaflet I did think that Charles de Gaulle was nearer to central Paris than I thought, I tend to use buses in Paris or RER B. I use Orly Airport occasionally(have gone to Disney on the bus from there) but much prefer Eurostar as I live in Central London.

Sorry if I confused anyone.

I'm doing Disney just for the day in the summer holidays with grand-daughter but will be staying in Latin Quarter so will travel from Chatelet les Halles.

I am told sometimes the RER do a "Super Special" so worth asking on the day.
