Disneyland Paris (Travel from Edinburgh)

Looking to take the wife and two kids to Disneyland Paris for a four night stay from 15th July.
We got offered a good deal direct from Disney, (4 nights for the price of 3) which came to £708 for the four of us.
Problem is, I have tried getting cheap flights from Edinburgh, however the cheapest I can get if with Air France which costs £820 which is more than the trip itself.
Anyone any suggestions for cheaper airfare?

Can you be flexible with your dates or does it have to be 15th July? In my experience, it will always cost more to fly on a Friday.
Would you contemplate driving to Newcastle airport? (Takes me about 2 3/4 hours to drive from Fife) You can fly with Easyjet for £370 to Charles De Gaulle. There is a shuttle bus from CDG to Disney which costs about £15 (ish) each way.I have the mind of a criminal genius. I keep it in the freezer next to Mother....0 -
If Glasgow is not too far away for you to leave from, then you can fly with Ryanair to Beauvais. You have to then get a bus into Paris (13 Euros each, one way) and from there a bus or train out to Disneyland. It's a bit of a hassle, but could save you around £200.0
