Thanks Len, Lou, yes as soon as the feeling is there, another night goes by and I wake feeling stupid for having such bizarre feelings!

Had to laugh in the night when B rolled over and managed to get herself wedged between the wall and the bed (staying at my mums) half asleep and a dead weight trying to pull her out crying with laughter as her head was stuck...she was completely oblivious lol

Well sunnyish day here today, am being dragged to church this morning and then roast with Mum and my Brother :) Expect a walk somewhere this afternoon if it stays nice.

Happy Easter and have a good day everyone

Have a good day, and enjoy your roast! Yum!

Re the bleak feelings - they will come along......and they are not exactly fun, but they will pass. Its still early days in all of this, sally, so you can't expect anything else - its all part of the process we have to go through, unfortunately.

Doesn't mean that there is anything *wrong* with what you are doing, though - so just carry on as you are, embrace the positive days, and be ready for the next brick wall that is lurking around the corner!

Its just the up and down of the merry go round which is to be expected. At least I am aware of them now and I know I can rationally talk myself out of having a major panic attack now which is good. I just don't like the feeling of being out of control of my mind, body and feelings.

Have had a lovely time at mums and its nice to have the company, have to say though it is lovely to be back home :) Busy day tomorrow...if the weather stays good as we need to get down the allotment

Very Very busy day but productive and have done lots of clearing and will result in some money coming my way too :)

Still need to spend some time looking at matched betting as I really want to start a little house saving pot which will not be used for debt but for things like holidays and treats....and saving for a house eventually!

Yeah not bad SG...obviously an up day! I think its also the realisation that I can cope on my own, the feelings of sadness are not as strong and we both are ok.

I only thought last night since OH left B hasn't woken once in the evening crying hysterically. Often she used to wake around 9pm having night terrors and take half an hour or more to settle. She hasn't had any in nearly 4 weeks, not sure if its co-incidence or not! Time will tell I guess

    Busy day again tomorrow :)
