Hold onto the front of your jaw with your hand to stop it from moving. Try talking. Does it hurt?

No it doesn't hurt at all and it doesn't hurt when I open and shut my jaw either...just the lump when I touch it (yes I know stop touching it you say lol)

Sal-I have that too sometimes-It only really hurts if I press it but I have been getting it for years. Think there is a gland there so if you are getting run down/poorly etc it flares up.

BOOOOOtyful day here and I am feeling rather chipper today. Been for a run and about to de-clutter and blitz the house before Mum takes me out for lunch and a mooch around town :)

Not much else to report..OH left for job interview this morning and stormed out leaving B crying (I said to borrow £10 out of her purse as I didn't have any cash, instead of just taking it, he asks her, she goes into meltdown...I say why did you have to mention it, well its her money was his reply....like she would fricking know unless you mentioned it grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)

and deep breath...hey at least the sun is out, did I mention that ;)

Glad to hear you're sounding more positive, and great news about the PPI! The freedom pot sounds a great idea too.
