It hasn't yet...I thought i should probably talk to him over the phone rather than email...but then again maybe I should stop worrying about his feelings, afterall this is the man that cheated on me numerous times!

Precisely - how many times did I think of my ex but he never once thought of my feelings and still doesn't. (Mine are now all grown up and in honesty I have to speak with him very rarely, but whenever I do he knows just how to hit below the belt and if I ever try to do the same I am in the wrong.) No be strong tell him when it is convenient to you for him to come and get it and don't bend to his wishes. Actually thinking about it, explaining by email does mean you would have a record of it and he couldn't turn around and say he couldn't remember what you said etc., Be strong xx

I text him as I don't think he picks up his email that often...I don't think I was clear in the fact that I was moving with R...oh well I can cross that ground in the next couple of days, at least he knows!

No not at all Squizz, I think that he was kind of expecting it eventually..and in fact I did tell him weeks ago that I was thinking of moving.

Just done a lovely 8 mile hilly run, think I might have my mojo back. Just got in through the door and the heavens have opened

List as long as my arm to do today so better crack on, taking B to a running race tonight so need to get organised

oooo Ive just found a mahoosive Antiques centre in my town that I never knew exsisted, its like an aladins cave in there, could have spent a fortune! There were sooo many things I wanted that I had to walk away before I got carried away and opened my purse.
