    it's something that might help me but apparently I'm not suitable unless it's done under anaesthetic by a gynae consultant!! :eek: Lack of having children and being a bit compact and bijou it seems :rotfl:

    Sally have you thought of having a depo injection. I was totally against before I had it and now wish I had it before. When my marriage ended I had no need for protection so came off the pill. When I met new OH I asked the doctor that I would consider the depo (he had tried to presuade me before and I was anti). But honestly it was best for me. Stay strong you are doing brill... Billie xx

    Will make an appt to go and chat about things with the Dr and see what they might suggest. Think it will be a case of trial and error.

    Not smug at all Sally. You have something to be happy about and why shouldn't you shout it from the roof tops. When you see Dr. mention the Depo injection, as I say I was anti before I had it and now wish I had it years ago. One of the plus sides is that after a few months the "monthly's" actual cease - sheer heaven. Am now going through the change so in constant heaven and so far no other effects!! Long may it last. Take care and chin up in time you will be together. Billie x
