O2 renewal with missing Bolt On!

So renewed my sisters contract online with us both looking at the internet to upgrade online with O2. We choose the one just under £20 per month with 75min and 125 text but we went for this as we could add the free bolt on of 200 min free. Now 30 days later the bolt on is nowhere to be seen and O2 cuatomer service says it does not exist. Now if it was my sister that just done it online herself I would say 'you made as mistake' but i done this with her and the bolt on was defo there. Anyway, has anyone had the same problem? Have already sent emails etc to O2 to see what they say.

Do you have any screenshots or emails with it showing?Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
Nope. Wish I done a few screenshots now and no email confirmation. The letter only mentioned the price plan and my sis did not question it at the time.0

How longs the contract? Could change the provider at the end of the term0 -
Sorry for the delay. Its just the start of a 18 month contract. Cost my sis an extra £11 already in 1 month. If I did not see this offer then would not have went ahead. Sent email to cust services but still no reply since 30/12/090
