Go for it Hypno - better do it and feel carp afterwards and regret doing it because you have sore legs than to regret not doing it (my guess is you wouldn't regret having sore legs anyway!). Go Hypno, go Hypno..... we're going to bug you until you do it!!! xx

Oh, by the way, hiya Hypno:rotfl:xx

Hi mudbath......*quickly pretends to have done loads of flylady today*.....how's life with you?

I really do want to run again - I do, honestly.....I just have this problem with actually doing it :o I just need to stop faffing and saying that i want to do it, and get off my bum and do it.....

I really enjoyed the few runs I did last month.....and I know it is good for me on many levels. So why the heck do I find it so difficult to actually do!!??

I don't think AGE is the issue, skint_spice.....in my case it is SIZE that is the obstacle!!

Under a dress they are just a bit like extra thick cosy tights... weight no object...most if not all my excess is in a big, tubby band round the middle so legs are okish! I did try to buy jegging but chickened out just before the check out - might be a bit much for me:eek::eek:. They remind me just a bit too much of the 80s!

Nah!! Course not, I work in fashion and there are plenty older than you who wear them. Anyway, they are a wardrobe staple now - how did we ever survive without them?! (I too only wear them under dresses - or dress type tops though ;))

God I feel old... I just had to google jeggings! :rotfl: I think if I tried to wear leggings (or jeggings for that matter :p) there would be reports of a beached whale seen in central Edinburgh! :o :rotfl:

Hypno, I am going to visit the inlaws at Easter in South East Essex and have just been checking on the map to see how far it is from you - about 95 miles.

Perhaps I'll join you, if that's ok? All you need it a kick start and you'll be off. Don't get me wrong, I haven't been running myself since early December, so am in exactly the same boat :)

Skint Spice - I'm right there with you on the spare tyre - remember though Weebles wobble but we don't fall down ;) :rotfl:
