Well, once the day of reckoning arrives (Jan 15th for 1st 3000 GNR places), then we can all start the training/fitness (Ha ha - typed fitMESS by mistake - freudian) plan.
As I've said before, once you attain a level of fitness, getting there again is easy (er).
Also, for me, once I post to you all that I'm going to run, I really feel I have to. Then we'll start getting competitive with each other - and hey presto - fit legs in no time0 -
