woooooooo - a shiny new diary to go with your shiny house !!! :T

I hate New years Eve as well - would much rather stay in with a good dvd and a packet of decent crisps and of course chocolate - instead the house is being taken over by 24 18-20 yr olds of which 20 are staying the night - so DH and I are going to some friends but coming home to see the new year in as last year we were in uk as had to cut our holiday short and kids were still in usa !!!

Good for you Hypno concentrating on you for once :T:j- I have to get my brain in gear to sort out our finances - we are in the middle of re-mortgaging which will simplify matters!!

and its out 25th wedding anniversary next year :rotfl:

catch you all later - i'm supposed to be working on a presentation !!!

OH and the student have gone to Tesco.....I have given them a list, and just hope it is less costly than the last time OH went

Well with my OH the lists don't really work, a dessert turned into lots, this year it was cheese and biscuits. I wasn't precise enough :o So naturally a carrier bag full of different biscuits, and the cheese was similarly excessive.

Hope you haven't too much of a shock.

I think I speak on behalf of Hypno when I say yes! Put down the cake and have a nice cuppa tea.

Well I'm bringing virtual champagne in here tomorrow night

I'm a "sad bint" I loathe NYE out and about.

Just need to stop Bob bringing an entire mine to the party this year )and I just found a bottle of Malibu under the sofa left over from our quiet getogether when Hypno was on the piste and we were threadsitting.

I'm working then out, but maybe those of you who are about could have a NYE party to christen Hypno's new thread?! _party_  :T

And I'm currently drinking white wine. Anyone for a glass to say 'hip hip hooray' for a new Hypnoo thread?

  • *Steps out of Lurkedom to wish Hypno a Happy Shiny New Diary*

Truthfully, I've been trying to keep up with so many diaries that I rarely post much on any of them :o .... I don't mean to be so rude - it's just that with them all being so popular, I can't keep up sometimes .... I don't read for a few days and I suddenly find I've lost 20+ pages :rotfl:

Mind you ..... I do include my own diary *cough* - which has been woefully neglected for some time now, However, one of the many things I've been working through (new plans etc) is to ensure that I DO update it regularly and I will be setting myself a minimum target to do so - think I'll go for either once a month or fortnightly, it doesn't seem quite so daunting that way (and maybe, just maybe, it might kick me into more:o)

Good Luck on your 2010 journey
