    Good morning all :)

Any news on the airport Hypno? They must have an idea if the flight will be on tomorrow, it would be nice if they let you know now, so that you have more time to reorganise if necessary.

Shaun is it really that bad there?

Just realised yesterday I must have sounded a twit, not able to use the kitchen/laundry appliances without english instructions :) Normally it's not a problem, but they've decided to showcase the local high tech all singing/dancing gadgets!!

The induction hob is easy and brilliant :) The steam combination oven has 8 different modes to chose from including steam (for cooking or preserving/bottling), dehydrating for preserving etc, etc., can now use it as a normal fan oven without steaming the flat :) The washing machine had tons of buttons and was infinitely programable, did work out how to do a 40 degree wash :) Even the tumble dryer had 8 different buttons, and again infinitely programmable, not quite worked that one out yet, shirts were over dry, but getting a combinaion of buttons to turn it on wasn't easy :o

I think I'll have to have a go with the steam oven before I leave, to see if it's any good :)

The induction hob is now added to my dream kitchen wish list :D

I've spoken to the airport - some flights are cancelled, but they say it is just a case of turn up tomorrow and see. The airline website does not yet have details of tomorrow's cancelled flights.....just today's.

So, no news one way or another really - just see what happens and keep fingers crossed!

    hi all

its much worse in the uk than it is here...
however our government are incapable of making decisions,,,and keep passing the buck down the line,,,

when the minister for education was asked on Monday whether, the schools should open Wednesday due to the temperatures and bad road conditions...

" that is a decisions for each board of management to answer "
a power technically they dont actually have!!:o

after getting caught last year pre buying expensive fuel stocks,,that then dropped in price,,,,and with money being tight,,,evert thing was got at min levals for a normal winter:T:T long term weather forecasts anybody??

hence now is the time to panic,,,governments ,,couldn't organise a drinking party in guinesses :o
