Hope your session went well Hypno & here's to a good night's sleep. Amazed to hear you are considering wearing socks to bed - I didn't realise it was possible to go to bed without them unless it's an absolute heatwave.

Lost 3lbs at SW so off to colour in some squares :)

gallygirl - well done on the 3lbs......I fear I may have put on a lb or two this week.....hey ho. I won't stress over it.

Z.....I've not got time to come down with the lurgy. Plus if I take time off work, I lose my bonus. So I won't be ill. I will be cold, but I won't be ill, or even slightly poorly.

Recording went well tonight......and now I am going to make my hot water bottle and take myself to bedfordshire.....sleep well everyone and catch up tomorrow xx

We get monthly bonuses every paypacket - they will be docked any time we have off.

Then we get an annual bonus in May......if we've been good :)

    yeah, thanks llama!

The duvet under the sheet made it a more comfortable night, but I still woke at the "usual" time....cold and miserable :( I am rather phlegmmy this morning, so I probably am coming down with something.......I blame Z entirely!
