Morning Hypno, you're up early - have you blitzed the house already?!

Am starting the blitz at 9am.......OH has gone to work so I have no hinderance, and I can get on with it, radio on loud, my own pace, and my own mutterings!

Then later, I need to go through the finances to within an inch of their lives - mega budgeting to be done for the coming month, as there just seems to be so much going on and I need to be ready for it.

I've just done a p!necone survey, so that will be £3 into paypal in a few days, and perhaps later if I have not lost the will to live, I will go through any lightspeed ones.......

I will be nursing a bruised and sore behind , taking the kids swimming, then OH is treating us all to a book of our choice as he's got loads of Waterstones vouchers - pity they don't sell shoes or make-up *rollseyes*

Right....so.....urm.....flylady and anything housework related will be in short bursts today. I am so tired, I have not got the energy to do what I am wanting to do.

So, 20 minute bursts of housework will be the order of the day, I reckon. I've started the kitchen, done the dishwasher, got a load of washing in and cleared the worktops, so in the next 20 min burst I will clean the worktops, attempt to unblock the sink and clean that, clean the hob and sweep the floor.

The house is not as awful as it has been in months gone by, so hopefully each 20 mins will make enough of a difference to spur me on for the remainder of the day, and by the time this evening arrives it should be acceptable, at the very least

Sounds like you need to go back to bed for a couple of hours! Get yourself some sleep, then hit the housework later!

If I go back to bed, I won't sleep - never have been able to during the day *insert shrugging shoulder smiley here*......and I really do need to just get stuff done today, so will keep plodding on!!

I was never able to either, but lately I can sleep just about any time or anywhere! Lots of coffee breaks instead then

Yes, coffee will be the order of the day I reckon!! But I will get the house sorted one way or the other.....baby steps perhaps today!!

Maybe a little catnap on the sofa for half an hour (under a blanket) - mid flying?
Or my rest of choice, would be a Sex and The City DVD, whilst lying on said sofa - rest is the next best thing to sleep
