In my experience Conde Nast always stop sending the magazines as soon as you've cancelled the direct debit so I don't bother with them any more.

I rang them up and they are sending all the ones I paid for up front.
The problem is they combine the DDs into one DD, so when you cancel they don't know what you intend cancelling (their fault I think).
I did not like the letter, but I think it's to make you call in.

Still haven't received my conde nast freebie. Received everything else but this one.
Contacted them to ask where it was and got this reply..
Your gift will arrive 14 – 28 days from when your first issue has been received.
The Elemis gift is subject to availability. If there is no more in stock a replacement gift

Yep I've just had exactly the same experience. Subscribed to two of their mags for £5 for 5 issues (Glamour & Tatler) and after the payment has come out I've now cancelled the DD only to receive a letter from them on Friday saying that if I don't call them they will automatically cancel my subscription :eek:. Why would they do that - I've now paid for the magazines!

Clearly I will need to call them on Monday.
