    nah i just don't keep a balance in my bank account - come on i work for a bank, i don't earn much - but i do use my debit card

    Easy to upgrade my Money back account to the new higher interest account,in branch,I know one of the staff and she helped.
    no questions ,no ID, just signed a form.

    yeah you just sign a form - loads have been doing it, same for my staff account - i might open up a separate one

    to be honest for existing accounts - sign a form is easier for them, no work really - they spend their time on new accounts that they get points on the board for

    ok well I feel old - I will be honest now and a lady does not always say her age - I turned 25 last week - so no, prob young in your eyes but i sure don't feel it.

    Just thought I would mention, this account is great if you are in credit, but if you go into an authorised overdraft the rate is 15.9% which is quite high.
