    Hiya hon,

I've not been about much either as too busy with silly things. No weight loss & no exercise done by me either, no men & no money, so no change here then :rotfl:

Just hang in there for now; the winds of change will blow something good your way soon :A Enjoy your dinner :D

    xx

  • I was wondering where you had got to!

I feel the winds of change are coming (either that or I shouldn't have had that chicken pie last night!) and that things are going to get better.

    xx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

An excellent start to a day off - it could only be bettered by still being in bed with a large mug of coffee & a plate of toast :D

I am such a bad influence, sorry :(

Well my lovely, it's nearly a new month so how about a shiny new budget & eating plan ?

Let's see just how many lbs we can shed in the next 3 months. If we can manage a mere 5 lbs each month that will be an overall loss of 15lbs by the new year which will make a significant difference to how we look & feel.

We will also be able to fit back into some of lovely clothes so wont need to buy anything new which will make us less skint so we can start saving up for our 'single & fabulous' shopping extravaganza next year

Race you to the first 5 lbs .... :D
