:eek: Just checked my debt total, which is now £22125 I have worked out that at the current rate it will take me another 6 years to pay it off :mad: I will be 50 then!

And I have got weighed and have so far this month put a pound on

Am feeling really low - and angry with myself for being such a failure I am single, fat, unfit, lonely and hopeless with money - my life is a mess

I started to write a reply, been having lots of thoughts recently. however everything sounded like a cliche(really must read things other then self help books!)

I have been were you are - in fact I might be there too now really. some days I am more hopeful then others.

Just know that I care about you and am thinking of you.

I am so low at the moment I have challenged myself to clean my kitchen and get dressed before I watch the footie - can't face anything bigger at the moment

don't be so hard on yourself. Always when ever I get this low, I go back to the mantra of Babysteps. its what we do to get through the low times.
