Today's positives
- United won
- 'the man' picked up when I rang
Oh, sorry that work is not so good at the moment :grouphug:, have you completed your shiny new CV ?
However,
Yay for man stuff :j - just relax & enjoy it ... but NO MORE asking him out
Be fabulous, flirty & fun & let him do all the work ... that's what men are for ( when they're not carrying our shopping bags)0 -
Do you know i've said it before but Lula talks a lot of sense, they aren't there just to carry bags tho.0

Ok, well there is the obvious
I'm thoroughly enoying my casual flirtation with work guy ... & I have to say that if I didnt have DD here I'd be such a tart :rotfl:

Still feeling quite down - and have been eating for England
Looks like my job is safe but a couple of friends look likely to be made redundantNot a nice atmosphere to be in!
Had a chat with 'the man' on Tuesday - not going anywhere but I think we can try to recover our friendship
Today's positives- Am having my nails done
- Lunch with a friend
- Get back on track with my diet
- Send my updated CV to an agency

Hiya Shoesy
So glad you had a chat with the manny. Sounds like it cleared that 'will we, won't we' thing.
Sorry you're still feeling low but enjoy your day and hopefully some beautifying and a gossipy lunch should lift your spirits for a bit.
Also glad you're not in danger of losing your job but having an atmospher sucks. We are having the same type thing at my work and it's really horrendous.
have a nice day!Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30 -
Big decision made - I am looking for a new job  Have realised me and my current company just don't 'fit'
I love my actual job but there is no progression, so no way to increase salary  - so I have decided it's time to move on!
I have given myself 3 months  So far I have sent my CV to 2 agencies, put it on Monster and applied for 2 jobs (neither of which I have much chance of getting but will give me an idea how my CV is recieved)
Strangely - now I have a plan/goal I feel better alreadyMy deadline is 1st December and I am hoping for a whole new Shoe Gal, am planning to get on track with other stuff too - diet, image, debt busting (think I'll abandon man hunting for while
)
