If I'm stressed or busy I can forget to eat. I used to forget to eat a lot at Uni and then Mum would try and feed me up again over the summer :rotfl:

Fab night out on Friday :D but it took me all day yesterday to recover :o I really am getting old!

Need to get some stuff done today! With my mad week at work and doing nothing yesterday my apartment is s mess, have loads of 'admin' type stuff today - but so far have only managed breakfast :o

5 weeks to my hols :j Starting my 'body blitz goddess' countdown today. May aim is to lose 10lbs and generally 'buff' myself up :). My stressful week has caused my excema to flare up so I need to get that under control as well as generally looking after myself and doing some exercise

Progress updates on here, as ever
