    Been a bad month, moneywise :o Have put £200 on my credit card with just day-to-day living, so really need to get on top of this before it starts creeping up. Can't afford to pay it off this month but determined not to let it increase again

    Week has been OK, and have lost 2lbs :D Need to get loads of 'stuff' done today - and go to the gym!

    Lots of walking around shops but no buying - am feeling rather fat and frumpy :(

    Loads of shopping, bought a top and some shoes but have now decided I'm not keen on either :(

    And I've 'lost' a pair of shoes - can't find them anywhere :mad:

    Good day so far :D

    I have;
    • applied for my ESTA for my hols to the States (4 weeks today :j)
    • done my car tax online (3 days late) and for the first time, having had a car for 22 years I had saved the money for it :o
    • got a dress for friend's wedding - finally! Only cost £50 and I had £40 of vouchers - well chuffed with that! Have borrowed a fascinator and already have a fab bag and shoes from a previous wedding
    • tidied apartment
    • bought some sea kelp tablets - supposed to be the latest celeb weightloss fad - and for only £4.49 worth a try :p

    Sounds like you've got it all going on today ShoeGal.

    Brilliant work all round.

    I'm trying the lots of sushi and salad diet. My inspiration is Kim Cattrall. If I look as hot as her at 53 (If only I looked that hot now!) , then my work is done. xx

    I quite like it when that happens...I can return them without feeling like I'm missing out. Depends if you needed them in the first place though? If you need stuff, it's frustrating when you can't find a jacket, top, shoes etc that you like...

    Oh no :eek: I have a habit of losing earrings, which is quite frustrating. I've lost some really lovely ones over the years :(

    Well done! What is an ESTA? Whereabouts in America are you going?

    Good job on having the car tax money saved and the bargainous wedding outfit :T

    Let me know how you get on with the sea kelp tablets...I could do with losing a few lbs aswell :o
