    Lost 4 of the 5 lbs I put on last week :)

    Been working this morning :(, just about to jump in the shower and then off to my Mum's to watch the footie

    Going to my friend's tonight for drinks and nibbles - so nice day planned :)

    Least you can enjoy the football without the noise of the planes flying over, it's so quiet here its a bit eerie

    Don't live on a flight path so not noticed the planes in that way but book travel in my job so have certainly been affected by it :(

    Had my nails done, treated myself to some bangles and some earrings and am nw going to a friends for the evening :)
