Really rubbish week
I have put 5lbs on :mad:
Feeling fat, down and really demotivated Have been trying clothes on this morning as I have a night out, a hen night and a wedding in the next few weeks - and I look awful in everything

Glad to hear you're back on track Shoe Gal, don't panic about the weight gain, I've also gained at least 3lbs, sitting here just now feeling really bloated. Got a 40th on Saturday as well and nothing fits me either.
Also on credit card since last week with 10 days til payday. Hope that makes you feel better x0 -

Had my review at work which was good - but there is no opportunity for me to develop/progress And my, so called, pay rise is pants :mad:
Have been feeling really down about it over the last week, not sure what to do? Have been looking for other jobs but nothing really appeals - and it seems that I am pretty much at the top of the salary range for the roles I want
Anyway, I have come to a sort of 'interim' conclusion. I don't want to rush into any role (and maybe make a mistake) so I am officially giving myself permission to coast for a while I will still do my job well (I can't help, that's the way I am!) but it's time to focus on me for a while, so I will
- be more sociable and make plenty of time for friends
- get fit and healthy
- make my home lovely
- be kind to myself
