Phew - my 2 week work event has finished, and was a sucess
, so time to get back on track with other stuff
Have had quite a few work dinners so my spending hasn't been too bad but was spendy yesterday - all stuff I needed though. New bras (I was desperste), hair stuff (I had run out), 3 birthday cards and stamps, and my nails (essential for me)! Spent most of the rest of the day sleeping - I really needed it
Not much to report on the money front, got £3.48 from Quidco which went straight to Next, and £30 cashback on my car insurance which reduces the monthly payments by a few pounds
Need to update my budget and spending diary today, not really been keeping track but looking at my balance on internet banking I think I need to keep the rest of the month tight if I want to make any sort of overpayment
Have stayed the same weight this week, which means I have lost the grand total of 1 lb since 1st JanuaryNow that work will calm down and my hours go back to normal I really need to focus on this. Think I am going to rejoin the gym - I don't think I can lose serious weight without exercise so I need to force myself and get some into my routine
I need to give my apartment a good clean/tidy today, do a food shop and some washing - domestic stuff has been seriously neglected in the last couple of weeksSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -

Day off today - just watching Jeremy Kyle and catching up
Been an OK week, met up with some old friends on Wednesday which was really good. Nearly didn't go but was glad I did Spent £12.50 on a Chinese and a glass of wine and realised that putting life on hold and paying debts is not always the best thing
Have been trying to diet and have lost 2lbs but really need to take it more seriously! Going to sort out my gym membership later and a friend has asked me to go to spinning next week  Never done it before but hopefully we can motivate each other!
Had all my CC statements in so have updated my signature. Am happy to see a steady decreaseThis is my aim really, need to have a life too - and a few luxuries
Going out tonight for cocktails and dinner for a friends birthday :j Have resisted the urge to buy a new dress - am wearing something I've already got, want to wait until I have lost some weight before treating myself
Before I get sidetracked into watching This Morningam going to go to the gym

Hey Shoesy, good to see you back! Your weight loss and money are going in the right direction hon and that's the main thing. Don't know if I should point this out to a magazine addict but there's a deal on Essentials (I posted about it on SAID). I've got 2 subscriptions (gifts) plus this which is brill!
