Hi,
Looking for the best 200 or under LCD TV at 32 inches. Will consider second hand (might have too!!). Happy with reliable 'discount' brands - not fussy about name brands.
Any good deals anyone seen out there?
Cheers

Up your budget to £300 and get a Samsung or LG from John Lewis or Richer Sounds complete with a 5 year warranty.

- Second Hand: Sharp Aquos 32DH57 for 190
- DGM LTV-3264W LCD Television for 258 (Pixmania)
- There are some unbelievable deals here http://www.cheap-lcd-tv.co.uk/ but I'm not sure of their reputation.0 -
thanks, but my budget is 200 - no more.0

I cant find any without going second hand and I would NEVER buy a second hand flatscreen tv unless I knew it was really worth it (Pioneer for example):idea:0

Technika from Tesco.
I was in the same boat as you mate.
But trust me, at this very moment in time to get a half decent LCD screen you are looking at £250-350.
I would not touch second hand LCD or Plasma screens with a barge pole due to the massive failure rates compared to CRT screens.
I would want some sort of warranty.
What will you be using the TV for?
Gaming?
HD viewing?
If you wait another 9 months you might be more lucky.

thanks for the advice - just using mainly for watching standard TV (not too fussed about HD or BluRays) and my daughter for her PS3 playing.

Then you will certainly want to go for a better brand!
Cheap no brand LCD have notoriously shocking standard definition viewing and usually have no "gaming mode", 2 of the features it looks like you will require!0 -
yes....sorry, I just found an extra 50 down the back of the sofa0
