Mmmm not much money making done at all so far! I have felt totally shattered this weekend, probably because of the new job making my brain work a lot and its longer hours too so need to get used to that.

I really need a week off work as had no real holiday this year, most time I have had off is 4 days in a row! I have 11 days to use at the new job, I wanted to try and have a proper holiday this year but its very unlikely as that means waiting until Sept for a week off and I think I will explode by then so prob have a week off in August and its too expensive then to go away due to kids holidays!

Going to try and book a long weekend for my birthday and going to book off 9th August as my brace comes off then.

Worried I might get sick if I don;t have a break soon, keep feeling run down :(

I get paid Friday from old job and Monday from new job though at least! Money is really annoying me right now!

Nice early morning post whilst my head is clear.

Right I haven't been very good at stopping spending recently...my credit card has crept up to £775......I did just buy a digital camera on it as my early birthday present.

I have paid £200 off it today though and once I get my birthday money next week from my Dad and Nan I should have another £150 to pay off it.

Got paid ok from both companies, no pay slip or P45 from the old one though, need to ring my old boss today really and see when I will get it.....

I am enjoying the new job, everyone is really nice, customers can be idiots at times but some are really nice. They are having a works outing tomorrow night so going to that.

Me and Simon are all good, in 2 days its 4 months since our first date :). Apparantly the kids have now realised I am his girlfriend after asking their mum loads of questions about me......

Cara was apparantly consoling Simon on him being married to me as its expensive :p and also asked if I was a teenager :rotfl:I am short and look young (and prob dress young....) but ha ha ha. Bless her little 5 year old heart!

I turn 26 a week today, tbh I am a tad emotional this month as this time last year me and Nick were starting to crumble and my birthday wasnt much fun, he brought cigarettes instead of even getting me a card, on the 20th its a year since we split.

As much as I love Simon the pain is still there from the memories, it was a horrid time and is just making me a little sad. :o

Okay lady, it's fine to have a little wallow but then after that you need to think about how happy you are NOW, new man, new job and all that. Glad you're well XXX

    Helloooooo

Well I turned 26 Friday, was a good day apart from having to work! Simon brought me Ed Hardy Shot Glasses, Skull Candy Headphones,a Hello Kitty plush toy (which I already had but shussssshhhh), a Lolcatz book and some earrings.

Friends got me a cool t-shirt, gladiator sandals, more hello kitty stuff and nail varnish.

Got £150 spending money from Dad and Nan, spent £80 of it already though on a dress, some work shirts, and underwear.

Dress is for my cousins wedding in 2 weeks but its a little low cut so not sure I can wear it but its very pretty so want too.....

So yeah that money hasn't gone off credit card....I have made £23 in sales at work this week though which isn't amazing at all but better than nowt. Have 17 days until payday and a current budget of £15 per day.....

Driving is still not enjoyable at all, I want to quit but know I can't :o

I really need to get my mse head back on to clear my credit card....

Hey you can start by doing a credit check with equifax, i did mine with quidco last night and got £7 cashback and then just cancel it before the 30days are up. My credit rating is actually pretty damn good must be the person im linked with making it rubbish.

Just checked top cash back though and you can get £7.70 from them for this.

    Its a start :p

Done all the credit check deals before, problem is I forget to cancel.

I am not borrowing anything else anyway so no worries there, have over £600 to pay off the card though.....ooops!

I really need to get back into little money earners, not done scratchcards for ages as all my cards expired and think I will get busted if I ring up to change them.....tbh I was playing my earnings more anyway so might be best to steer clear of the sites anyway.

I barely have time to breathe though these days, if not at work I am at the gym, with Simon or doing a driving lesson it seems! I have given myself a night off tonight though!

Got another weekend to chill out this weekend, Simon has kids again this weekend.

Its my towns river festival this weekend so planning to spend time down there with friends and see Simon and the kids again tomorrow down there too.

I am still in a bit of a rut, I know I shouldnt as the new job is going well, I have Simon who is lovely (we haven't had one argument yet....) and my brace is off in 3 weeks but I am annoyed at myself for not saving as much as I wanted too by now, my teeth could look a bit better as I haven't been very well behaved wearing my elastic (they do look a lot better though!) and the driving is still not amazing.

I get angry @ myself for not being happy. I think being more MSE should make me happier but I need to concentrate on that.

I am prob missing major deals to make cash.....I want to get up to £5000 saving by the end of the year...mmmm :o

    How is it August already????

I have been at Simons for nearly 2 weeks as he hasn't had the kids much.

Update on monies, savings still @ £1500, will be £1550 by the end of the week.

Credit card debt is now £499 and I have just paid off my £100 overdraft which I didn't mean to go into last month as reverted back to my HSBC current account, I need to ensure not to use it this month.

Bills for month are as follows:

    Rent £200 rent

    O2 £45

    Gym £37.50

Sky £47.50.....slightly annoying as I am never here so paying for Dad to have it but as he doesn't work it keeps him entertained. If I move out think its going to be cancelled.....

    Cat Insurance x 2 = £16

    Charity x 1 = £5

    Driving Lessons = £100

I have spent a lot of my wages already this month as I had last week off work and went to London and the Zoo and did a lot of clothes shopping as well as paying £236 off my debts (credit card and overdraft) so I have approx £170 to last me 26 days which is £6.50ish a day.

I am on a diet at the moment so that should stop me buying so much junk food, I can't fit into any of my jeans comfortably now so aiming to lose about 10lbs, having to wear my leggings a lot!

Simon is away from the 14th to the 21st so I will not be spending any cash then hopefully, plan to chill that week and go gym a lot, went today for first time in over two weeks and my legs ache now!

Listed some bits on ebay tonight, need to try make some extra cash so I can get the credit card lower, I earned £92.50 in sales comission in July so will get that in August, hopefully will get more in August!

    Sorry so long!!!

Just a quick post to say I am now brace free again!!! :D My teeth look so big and shiney. Still got quite an overbite but are much nicer (if i had worn my elastics would have been better.....).

I have managed to not put anything onto my credit card so far this month and not gone into my overdraft. Am skint as skint can be though! But after next month my credit card will be nearly gone again and I can save a chunk more.
