Ok the news you have all been waiting for......or not!!!
He was a lovely guy, nice irish accent, chatted away for the whole 2 hours, only one or two awkward silences, not bad looking although I didn't think god I fancy you but.......
I knew he was supposed to be short as his profile said 5.5 but when he stood up he was no way taller than me and I am 5ft 1 so that has put me off a bit, it may sound silly but as I am so short anyway I want a guy taller, 5,5 I could have prob handled!
So yeah...I think he wants to see me again, he put his arm on my back as we left the pub and playfully jabbed me in his car when I took the mickey and if he wasn't so short I would see him again for sure but I don't know......:oNow a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -

Morning! Glad you had a nice night girl and now you know you can handle the whole date thing. See him again if you want to, doesn't mean you can't keep dating other people too and see how you go. Highly unlikely the first date you had was going to be with someone amazing and you were going to go 'phew I've got a new boyfriend I can stop looking!'
My date was fun. He was cute, bit neddy(chavvy/rough round edges) but good fun. Took him back to mine and was all done and dusted and eating a pizza by 10pm! Simples X'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -
:rotfl:;)
Glad you had a good date hun! Yeah I am now over the whole not been in a date in 7 years and I agree, might see him again but still gonna look, he would make a lovely mate at the least.
Maria I wish he would grow on me! LOLNow a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Pleased it went well Lilmiss, I know what you mean though, each date I go on I spend half the time trying to frantically make my mind up whether they might be suitable or not
and yet when I look back at the relationships I've had they've pretty much always been with someone who grew on me over several months, so trying to decide on one night is pretty unrealistic. Thats the trouble with dating though, so much pressure on it
