Mobile phone/catalogue help
Hi all,
Sorry if I have put this in the wrong place!
I found a glitch on the Marshall Ward catalogue just before Christmas. They had LG Cookie phones at £0.00! I added one to the basket just to see if it would work and when it did, I added 3 more!! :rotfl:
I didn't expect them to arrive but they did, complete with an invoice of £0.00!
When I checked my account yesterday it says 'price adjustment' and they have added 4 x £69.99 to my credit account.
Now I fully expected to send the phones back (I haven't opened any of them) but I was wondering if I can get round this at all? My son seems to think that because I have an invoice showing £0.00 then they can't suddenly add more money onto it! Does anyone know where I'd stand on this or should I just send them back and not make a fuss??
Thanks in advance x

They made an error in their catalogue but are correcting their own mistake. So really they are doing what they would do if it were the other way around (i.e. you being overcharged, you would want them to correct that).
In my opinion, send them all back unless you want to pay the money owed otherwise they can chase it up legally I think.0
