How do you plan your comping day?

I have no sort of organisation really. I don't do comps everyday and don't do all the dailies [only really the sugar ones]. Otherwise I do ones ending the next day or if those are already done then the ones ending the days after. I find though that if I leave some till the very last then it becomes too much, like I've done with the ones ending 31/12 (Oops!). But then my sister was busy on computer past couple of days doing GCSE work, so had to leave it till today. (50+ pages AHH). Thankfully out of those 50+ pages, I bookmarked only about 177 comps to do throughout the day today.
But sometimes I do enter new comps posted on the day.0 -
I like the 'working your way from the end of the thread to the beginning' BUT if I were to start from the end would I EVER, EVER be able to catch up? I'd like to start doing this from the 1st of Jan. Thanks.

It works okay as long as you keep at it ... the worst time is if you go away for a weekend break, come back and there's hundreds of the bu**ers to be done
I dread to think wot it would be like if I went away for a fortnight Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End

I have been having a bit of a break only entering the odd comp here and there.
I will be starting again in the New Year and to prepare myself I went back to very very last page and entered pretty much every competition ending from Feb onwards. So now I am up to page 1.
My plan from 01st Jan is to enter the comps ending the next day followed by any new posts so that I don't fall 150 pages behind again!!
I don't do dailies or monthlies as can only squeeze 1-2 hours of comping in each day. I wish I could do more but by time I get home from work, walk dogs, make tea and then complete any surveys I'm usually knackered already and I had been hoping to have more time for myself over the next year
Good luck to you all

I work fulltime so enter in the evening/weekends. I've won nearly £6.5k of prizes this year
I do a few dailies first (just a few faves rather than trawling through the massive list on here).
Don't bother with weeklies/monthlies coz I always forget about them!
Regular comps - I do the same as a few others on here - find where I last left off and work my way back to page 1.
Word of warning - Do NOT go on holiday!!! I went away for 2 weeks at the beginning of October and only just caught up a couple of weeks ago!!! I was over 160 pages behind when I got home and it was just a massive chore catching up....it bored me and I got a bit fed up with it!! Shouted at myself to get my bum in gear and now I'm back up to date and enjoying the prizes rolling in again

I tend to enter as much as I can first thing in the morning as there are quite a few posted overnight usually (it was very quiet this morning with the server maintenance!!)
I can really only commit a couple of hours a day so dont get a chance to do the dailies....I must get more organised so I can!0 -
I just start on page 1 each day and keep going until I reach where I left off the day before. I dont do the regular comps but plan get a bit more organised so I can include them. I try to do a few at lunch time at work as well which helps ,as keeping up can be very time consuming. It doesn't leave a lot of time to much else in the evenings.0

In the morning, I do the dailies and then work my way back from page 1 to where I had finished the night before, then after lunch do the comps from where I left off in the morning and at the night finish the rest off, so hopefully I get them all done that day. Then weeklies on a Monday and monthlies whenever I get round to them, postal/texts I do on a Sunday as that's the quietest day (don't have any luck on those though)0
