I think this should work. I've ordered myself one so i'll find out The link have some refurbished motorola v3i on 12 month contract at £30 month.

They have a website exclusive offer on these at the moment giving you 10 months free line rental. You have to actually pay the line rental every month then claim it back in 3x£100 sums after 6,9 and 12 months.

if you go through quidco you should get £45 referal commision for a contract sale.

so by my maths that works out at:

+ £360 total cost of line rental
- £300 10 free months
- £45 from quidco

Total cost over the 12 month period = £15
As long as you cancel the contract after 12 months, don't use more than your inclusive min/texts and don't forget to claim you cheque back for you free line rental.

They have some other phones with the 10 months free line rental offer but be quick as you only have until 30/6/06

I did a similar scheme a few years back, where you redeem the line rental every quarter. but they don't half make it diffiult to claim back! You have to post them your monthly statements and one lot of my statements mysteriously disappeared in the post and dial-a-phone said there was nothing they could do about it. They couldn't issue me with the statements again, nor would they refund the money without the statements.

If you do go ahead with this, make sure anything you post back to them is sent recorded delivery!
