    I've got a 5,000 word one to finish for 21 Jan, what's your's about?

I'm doing a dissertation of 7-10k words on employee engagement. I've still got research to do for it, and have only written under 1k words so far. I'm thinking now at least if I can hand it in and get enough marks for a resubmit I will get a bit more time to knuckle down and focus on it.

    What is yours on Linda?

Kat, depends what it's on and how in-depth the articles are. I know it's a bad place, but wiki has been suggested by many lecturers as a good starting point (mainly if the piece has a ton of good referencing and links)

Ta shoe, good to know I CAN be scared, but I won't let it stop me. I was thinking that if the coil hurts for a few days then the two hot water bottles I have and the lovely wheat bag I have will be put into VERY good use.

TMI, but it they're trying to put it in on the 18th and they want me on my last few days of my period to put it in, and I come on 2-3 days after I stop taking me Pill, should I stop taking them on the Monday or Tuesday/Weds? AS I'm on for 5 days.

P.S. I reckon I may have fluffed an essay. It says about domestic setting, but is it OK to use religion as the way the setting is shown (e.g. social class, societical and cultural change, different countries and religion reactions)

My jeans came today too :j I ordered 2 sizes...the size I thought I was and a size smaller for inspiration......the smaller size fits perfectly (although about 8ft too long as they only had the 33" leg left)...I shall take them up and make them into 3/4 lengths for the summer....The other pair will go on ebay, not going to bother returning them for the sake of £1.

Having a real "meh" day so going back to lurkdom to drink my wine and lurk.

I got my six pairs today, haven't tried them on yet. I hope one of the sizes fits cos the DP ones came today and they're too small. Oddly, I'm a size 18 in their skirts, but a 20 is too small in the jeans.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
