Do you live in the same area? if not, somebody needs to keep an external eye on the place, It is so much easier to instruct an agent, who can coordinate all these things. for you,

I live very close to the property, much closer that the EA.
Getting an EA is just a temporary measure until I learn the ropes, I am hoping that over a period of time renting out this house will result in a good return on my investment.0
