Hi,
I'm now on my 5th cashback contract, and I haven't had any troubles so far from anyone I've used - Dial-a-Phone, e2save and One Stop Phone Shop (OSPS).
Anyway, I ordered a contract from e2save earlier and it looks like they've decided to stop conning people (too good to be true maybe!).
What they've done is attached a simple to understand PDF which answers all your questions.
Because there's usually a few hundred pounds at stake (for many of us a week's earnings or more!) you should read this document very carefully - if you can do that you should be OK!
Here's the document, you'll need Adobe PDF Reader (free from www.adobe.com) to open it.
Hope that helps
P.S: If the link is broken PM me the correct one and I'll update this post (saves people scrolling down!).

Thanks for that, have printed out the chart and highlighted the months we need to send the bills for.
Luckily their current 12 months "free" offer, which I have just bought:

arrives Monday which means the cashback cycle will coincide with my February purchase.
Have used e2save for years and, touch wood, have always been pleased. Problem now is that there are 3 bills to send whereas in the past it was much easier.0
