tocco lite - recommendations? problems on o2?

hi everyone, hope you all had a good xmas..... i wanted to ask, i am considering buying the tocco lite, but have researched it and seem to be finding that there are some problems with it dropping calls... especially on o2 which is me. before i conmit to buying, does anyone know if this problem still exists or has been fixed?

I got it for xmas, OH thought it would be a good idea, so so wrong! Sometimes I have to really smash the screen for it to work, I know it's reading my touch as it vibrates but it wont open what I'm touching. It has hung up on calls with me too but im on orange.
I just wish OH got me another nokia 5800 it was so much better
but it went down the loo LOL! GC July: £0/£1200
