rover 75

I mistakenly pressed the electric sunroof button when it was freezing a couple of days ago. the roof is now slightly open and does not work at all now. I tried changing the fuse but that has not worked, any mechanics out there ?

Hi try HERE, they are great and really helpful. Got a 75 but no sunroof, is there a manual handle, maybe in the boot with the jack and stuff, to shut it for the time being.

If you remove the interior light there is an allen key which you will be able to wind the sunroof shut.

took the light out but could not find no allen key..

if you remove the interior light unit that the switch is mounted on you should find a small allen ken which you can use to wind the motor shut.you will see a hole for the allen key in the roof. that will at least get you watertight

found allen key but wont budge..

i had a 75 but its just a bit juicy 2.0 V6, but definetly a lovely and under rated car
