You could probably get a code from O2 to unblock it. Cost like £20 i think :P probably more than the phone if its "stone age"
  • A lot of small local shops that sell mobile phones and accessories etc will unlock phones. Costs about £10 around here. Be warned they won't take any responsibility if they break your phone tho!

And some of them steal the IMEI numbers to clone the phone.

IMEI can sometimes be found under the battery.
  • I've just googled "Unlock a SGHA800" and got some good hits.
    Same with the other phone.
I unlocked my old phone with an app downloaded from t'internet.
Usually you either enter a code, don't buy one, or use the data cable.
This opens a whole new world.
Do you have a leesonce for yer minkey?

Well that's why you watch them do it. Since they only need to plug in a data cable there is no need to take out the battery and if they do, that's when you can get suspicious.
