Apologies if this has already been posted, but I can't see it.
Any Bt customers having problems with their ADSLMAX, go here, fill out the form, and apparently BT phone you up, and hopefully sort out your problems.

I saw this when you posted it on the "BT Broadband Speed..should be 6meg but is in fact 2 Meg" post. I have filled it in and I can't wait to hear from them.

I actually think its great that BT are now doing this, and I hope all isps now take note.
From what I've read about this, it seems everybody that has filled this form in, as had a reply from BT and they've all been postive about it.
So I hope it works for you.0
