Challenging excessive charges on T-Mobile Phone Bill

To be honest i dont see that charges being waived - the fee's for roaming are clear on the website and if you dont have access to the web then customer services can inform you if you call them.

Office Link 0.73p per Kb
BlackBerry 0.73p per Kb
3G (where available) £7.50 per Mb

Like Dark Convict says "T-Mobile state on their website they do not refund roaming charges as they are charged by another network" to refund you £400 worth of Data charges would be T-Mobile loosing out. If everyone done this a said it was there "First Offence" & companies waived the charges they would be hemoraging money when they cant really afford to.

Does your bill show £400 Data charges + Roaming Charges for calls & Texts + you basic line rental? If so your bill would be correct based on the 53Mb of data being correct also.

Your bill was no doubt suspended when the billed charges outside your allowance reached a certain amount for t-mobiles & your protection. Your account will remain suspended until the balance is reduced below Capped amount (You will still be able to recieve calls & texts). If you call CS they will transfer you to Collections Department and they may allow you to set up a payment plan to clear the arrears over 2 or 3 payments?
