Great savings there and MR B ..does seem to understand stuff now.Long may it continue.
  • Evening all- I am glad i got through the day today! I am absolutely shattered and feel like i have been going on slow all day.
The pupil i have ( who is normally a delight) also chose today to play up- i could have done without it :( Anyway am having a mooch to cheer me up.

Yesterday was quite progressive, today i have checked quidco and have £100 tracking from bank account and car insurance- so all to the good there.

Received all my paperwork from new account and it will be quite good to hop between and get the best out of both accounts. I am hoping with a bit of savviness i can get rid of the main overdraft charges by putting money in on certain days( even if i have to take it out later) and getting it reduced like that! It will need a bit of co ordinating though- so will write down what i have to do.

I reckon at least another three months as Mr.B's car insurance(at least some quidco money) and tax have to be paid for. I could really do with not paying for them, but i will end up doing so, one way or another, as he will be taking it out of joint account- and muggins here will be having to sort that out. I have told him he will have to put it away for next year, or get rid of the bloody thing-Which will probably never happen.

Still it will make a nice home for him one day...and as he thinks more of the car than me-he is welcome to it :)...yes, i have issues i know:rolleyes:

Other than that not a lot to report:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

  • And it does-

    So update for today.

Well after some good news re my job last term- it is looking iffy now. Seems i may be on a hiding to nothing with it- but will last it out a bit longer. I have put feelers out for some more supply work and will see from there. At least i have a wage rise, although less hours :( even though i have had a reduced hours due to knee- i just had this nagging feeling..hey ho. I know i can cope and that's the main thing.

Mr.B in talkative mood and seems positively optimistic -

So that's about it. Spent £1.50 on bread flour and a loaf- toast was calling! And i couldn't wait for the bread maker :) It is my comfort food.

I did make another weetabix cake, as it went down very well earlier on in the week. I have also made a batch of stew, and will be soup making tomorrow.

A massive list to do for tomorrow as well- will put it on later- right back to FV and scrabble :)

My son has made me go on and harvest so he can try and get the bonuses....what have you all dragged me into? lol

    Night- Bob x
