We currently have sky+ HD and multiroom, our 12 months is up on 14 February and want to cancel the sky HD as feel it is a total wasteof money but do not want to lose the sky+.
Has anyone done this? What happens with the Sky+ Hd box? Do we just lose the HD channels and keep the existing box as a Sky+ or will we have to pay for another Sky+ box?
I tried ringing them but closed at 9pm , was hoping someone here could help.
Thanks

If you only cancel the HD sub, you'll only lose the HD channels.
The box will act just like a normal Sky+ box.
I think you still keep BBC HD though.Dave. :wave:0 -

If you cancel everything, the only way you'll keep the Sky+ functions is to pay £10 a month.0

This statement makes no sense after the opening post.
Sorry if it is confusing.........
I currently pay for
Sky package
Sky HD
Sky multiroom
Want to cancel the Sky HD which is £10 a month and possible the multiroom which is also £10 a month. The box we have is Sky+ HD.
Have sorted it now anyway after speaking to Sky.
They will turn off HD channels, saving us £10 a month but we keep the box we have ( Sky + HD ) and it will become a normal Sky+ box. We will still be able to record etc.
thanks for repliesTOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0
