I didn't order the jelly beans but did order quite a lot of stuff from their sale. Because of what I've read on this forum I rang them today to check that i am going to receive everything on my order and was told that half of them were out of stock. Of course, they were the things that I really wanted. I ciuldn't get the free delivery code to work and so added some extras to make it up to £50.
They offered to deliver the rest free of charge but I have cancelled the whole order. So it's not just the jelly beans.
They were very apologetic0 -
I too received the out of stock e mail. I immediately e mailed back saying how disappointed I was with them and their service. I think for the sake of them cancelling orders which they might be loosing money on (My opinion as to why they are not supplying), they are loosing a lot of other custom, because I for one will not order from them again, no matter what offers they have in future.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I ordered 9 packs of jelly Beans and 3 Rose flavour Turkish Delight.
I was dreading them just sending the Turkish Delight for £5.37
To my horror, just received an email from them titled
Lakeland Partial Despatch Notification
As feared, it does say that SOME of the items that I have ordered have been despatched
BUT it does go on to say that the remaining items will be sent when they are available.
Me too! I assume the Turkish Delight is in stock! I assume that the Jelly Belly Beans will be available at some time soon, will we still get them at the offer price?ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0 -

Sorry to dissapoint you - but you may have the same problem as me. I received a partial order today, after receiving an email yesterday saying that they had sent some of the items, and the others will be sent when available. However, on the invoice it says that the missing items are not available, and after speaking to customer service, they are not getting anymore. Hope you have more luck than me - as usual, the items missing are the ones I really wanted!
Oh, I also placed a second order, which included Jelly beans - I haven't received an OOS email - but I have just been told by customer service that they do not have them. So, sorry to say, but even if your haven't got the OOS email, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for them.

I ordered £90.00 worth of stuff including jelly beans. I decided to phone and there are five items out of stock including JD Fudge and Liquors. Art set, oval pails an jelly beans. Will not be ordering again very disappointed its not that hard to ensure you have acurate stock control online everyone else can do it. Its the fact I have to phone to find out and I have received no email as yet.0

I have replied to their email saying that I do NOT want a partial fulfillment of my order, and NOT to send if the remaining items will not follow in a reasonable time. They really should have checked with me first.
Can anyone say by what delivery means they have received orders? eg courier or Royal Mail/Parcelforce. As I am thinking of refusing to take delivery.

I think that they are couriered out. When I rang them this morning and cancelled what little they were intending to deliver they said that it had already gone to the depot so they would have to catch it before it went out.
They have refunded my money but reckon I may still receive some of the order. i wonder what they will do if I do0 -
I have just put this on the other thread, but I thought I would try here as well!
I placed an order online and really wanted the porto sippers for a gift for someone. However, despite being in stock online, the parcel arrived this morning without these. I don't live anywhere near a store so I can't get any there.
Just on the offchance that anyone is returning some of the porto sippers, or if anyone sees them in store, I would be happy to buy them from you and pay for the postage - just pm me - thanks!0 -

They said they have refunded me in full and that when I receive the partial order items, I am to keep them with the compliments of Lakeland. :beer:0
