Just added 3 packs to my basket, and delivery is coming up as FREE! without any codes

For me the del shows as free but adds it on when asks for payment details and doesn't allow the free del code.

You have to chose which delivery option you want on the next page, the appropriate amount will then be added.

ah well, that'll teach me for being undecisive...I should have got them yesterday with free delivery but not when having to pay 4.25 in shipping.

you have to enter delivery codE at basket stage, before you check out. the code space at checkout is for gift vouchers. i had same problem until i figured it out from other posts, worked for me in the end. it did seem to prefer the code in capitals too. hope it works for you all!

no we are adding it at the basket stage not the checkout gift voucher box, it still isn't working. Also tried in both capital and miniscule letters, still no go.

I've tried it on an existing account and by registering a new account, it's not happening for either. I think I'll give up now.
