Same here emailed them back saying dont belive them and wouldnt be ordering from them again be it a full or sale prices. You win some, you lose some.

I ordered 9 packs of jelly Beans and 3 Rose flavour Turkish Delight.

I was dreading them just sending the Turkish Delight for £5.37

To my horror, just received an email from them titled

Lakeland Partial Despatch Notification

As feared, it does say that SOME of the items that I have ordered have been despatched

BUT it does go on to say that the remaining items will be sent when they are available.

I just called customer services...I ordered jellybeans too and other stuff, it's ALL out of stock except one item. Apparently it's been cause by a fault on the site. However, the nice young man did say i could have the one thing that's in stock with free delivery, and he upgraded to a next day delivery free of charge for me. Still unnacceptable though....luckily we've just had a store opened locally, so i can go in and make a complaint in person.....
