Problem is cars are finding it really hard to get in & out of street cause of snow.
When we were dropped of yesterday the car dropping us off had to be dug out & took 1/2 an hour.

The snow here has been all compacted - the street is polished ice.

Looks nice, but a bit dicey on 2 feet...

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Beanie, i've been on and off online dating sites for about 4 years. Some are definately geared towards more casual stuff, others are for more serious looking.

i think as long as you are sensible, talk a bit before meeting, meet in public, have a safe call if you want, then it can work. my friend has met her partner from Dating Direct and i've met some nice and not so nice men... but not had any nasty experiences really.
